Who?

Kelly Parker is the proud founder of Mary Ellen Moffat, based in Los Angeles. As a success driven creative producer, with a comprehensive background in the media and film industry, Kelly aims to produce innovative and thought-provoking, forms of storytelling. Her feature producing credits include MONDO HOLLYWOODLAND (Best Creative Vision, DTLA Film Festival). Her short film credits include THE WORKPLACE, THE ONE WHO BRUNG YOU, and F*CKING GHOSTS, which will be making it’s LA premiere as part of Screamfest 2020. MeM’s two latest projects, CLOCK & COSTUME CHANGE are currently streaming on Hulu as part of 20th Digital’s Bite Size Halloween series. 

 Kelly has eight plus years experience in higher education and currently serves as the VP, Student Affairs for Columbia College Hollywood and the Executive Director for the annual CCH Film Fest. Kelly engages the internal and external stakeholders to help prepare CCH students to live, work and lead in ever growing, competitive, film industry. She travels the country visiting various film festivals in order to gain insight and knowledge on trending industry topics and establishing relationships with new and upcoming filmmakers.

 Parker serves as a Jury Member of the NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) Best of NFMLA Annual Awards and is a proud member of both Women In Film and Film Independent. She holds a B.F.A. Acting and a Minor in English from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana
